The Xbox 360 fall update was released today, and it is good. The speed increase alone was worth the wait. I was most anxious to test out the newly supported DivX and XviD file streaming. My first test was not very promising as I was presented with an error stating that I needed to download a media content update which I had already downloaded. So I bit the bullet and redowloaded the update. That seem to do the trick. I’ve only had a few movies since then that won’t play for one reason or another. Regardless, it’s a great system update.
